1. Dibble the ball with both hands for 30 sec
  2. Practice dribbling hard with game like situations
  3. Make 50-100 shots a day
  4. Run up and down your dive way or backyard 10 times
  5. Do 20 push ups and 20 sit-ups
  6. And last get a good nights sleep.
